Hi, I’m Hayley Marchesani, a registered nurse and mom with over 10 years of experience in the medical field. My journey began when I became a mother and discovered there were no safe, reliable options for piercing my daughter’s ears. Could I trust a teenager at the mall? Do they understand sterile technique or its importance? How could I be sure the earrings were safe for my child?
These questions inspired me to start my business, Ear Piercing Nurse. I’ve dedicated my career to helping people feel their best, with a special focus on children—combining science and compassion to deliver results you can trust.

Does the idea of wrangling all of the kids to head to the mall kiosk, just to get pierced by an inexperienced teenager sound daunting? Or taking the kids into a tattoo & piercing environment sound a little bit scary? I can help put you and your child at ease. Piercing is a medical procedure and I believe the best option out there, is to get pierced by a nurse. With my knowledge of sterile technique, along with professionalism and skills of being an RN, I can offer a safe, fun and memorable experience!
I want only the best for you or your child, so according to APP standards, I offer medical-grade titanium earrings which are a 100% nickel-free, hypoallergenic option- the safest option for you. I also offer hypoallergenic gold options in 14K gold.
For each piercing, you will receive a private in-home appointment where I travel to you, your piercing jewelry of choice, and aftercare solution.
Payment is due when I pierce your ears. I take cash or Venmo. I also accept credit cards, but they come with extra taxes and fees.
A new piercing will typically take about a year to fully heal. During this time, it is recommended to keep earrings in the new piercing hole for a whole year. But after the first 6-8 weeks of initial healing and good aftercare, you can change out your new lobe piercings (about 12 weeks for new cartilage piercings).
No! I pierce all ages from infants, to children, to teens, to adults. To ensure safety for all ages, I use a hand pressured piercing device. Each set of earrings is completely sterile. This is different than what you would find at a mall kiosk.
The youngest age I will pierce is 3 months old. As long as they have received their first round of vaccines. This is to best ensure safety from infection and gives time for your child's immune system to develop.
